These Terms govern services provided by DRCoreTech ("Agency") to the client ("Client"). Services include web development, custom software, enterprise integrations, and AI/RAG systems, as set out in the proposal/SOW.

A written quote, proposal, or SOW defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and price. Acceptance occurs when the client signs the proposal or pays the initial invoice.
All invoices are payable within 7 days or as mentioned on the invoice. Late payments may incur a 10% monthly fee. Client covers any processing fees, taxes, or duties.
Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables built specifically for them. DRCoreTech retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information shared during the engagement confidential, and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
DRCoreTech's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the engagement in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where DRCoreTech is registered.
