Clients may cancel an active project with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where DRCoreTech fails to deliver agreed milestones without reasonable cause.
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Yearly plans cancelled mid-term are refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a 10% administrative fee.
